Kathy Zoller is a long-time resident of the North Shore of Long Island and has been living in Cove Neck for the past twenty years with her husband and two children. She has been active in real estate for many years working as vice president at Walnut Grove Builders, Inc., a construction management company specializing in residential construction. Her knowledge of Village zoning, planning and filing procedures is unsurpassed and has been heightened by her position as the Clerk / Treasurer of the Village of Cove Neck.
